  • Lead and manage the team from the inception to continuous evolution to possible phase-out in order to create value and deliver measurable business benefits.
  • Design, development, testing, implementation, enhancement and support of OIS Products, ability to manage and lead your team effectively.
  • Play a leading role in the understanding of customer requirements, shape those requirements with appropriate solutions by using adaptable technologies.
  • Develop product roadmaps with the help of key stakeholders and are responsible for the entire chain of each product throughout its life cycle.
  • Ensure contribution for the successful planning of projects taking into consideration of resources and time requirement in achieving project goals, objectives and milestones and finally deliver solutions to customers as per contracts.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of staff and physical resources and actively monitor and follow up progress of the team.
  • Ensure that documentation of all products is up-to-date (e.g. Design documentation, User manuals, and "Technical Manuals") and are of sufficient standards.
  • Attend project planning meetings, strategize project approach, resource requirements as per requirements and accordingly prepare testing, data conversion, training and implementation plan and ensure their timely accomplishment.
  • Review the allocation of tasks to team members, and monitor and evaluate them regularly. Take appropriate actions if any deviation outside tolerance set in project plans are observed.
  • Report periodical progress as per procedures followed in OIS.
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Qualifications

  • Master in Computer Science/Bachelor in Computer Science/Software Engineer or Relevant discipline
  • Professional Certification: Project Management (Preferred).
