Coordinate and building a relationship and link of candidates.
Open and maintain personal file of all personnel of the organization.
Formulate and implement HR related plan, policy, procedure and guideline.
Coordinate and conduct training and counseling/motivation of employees.
Provide support on staff development activities of all categories of staff.
Assist HR & Admin to supervise the duties and assignment of all service staff.
Apply knowledge on Labor Laws and HR policies to improve environment of workplace.
Assist in providing standards, advice and guidance to line managers to enable them to conduct and complete annual performance appraisals (job assessment) of employees within the set time frame.
Assist in develop, review and revise the Human Resources Management Guidelines defining group policies on employee recruitment, selection, compensation benefits, training & development, termination, grievances, performance appraisal etc.
Work closely with the Manager (HR) on organizational HR issues.
Ensure all HR related job done as per the guideline of the buyers, local-international auditors, Bangladesh government or any other organization that are already involved in this Organization or will be involved in future.
Check list developing, monitoring and reporting regularly to concern authority or management relating to HR issues.
Management of Disciplinary & Grievance related issues as per law and company policy.
To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Qualifications
Masters degree in any discipline
MBA in HRM /Post Graduate Diploma in HRM (PGDHRM) will give preference.
Experience Requirement
At least 5 year(s)
