Responsibility

  • The person will be responsible for executing plans allocated to strategic HR department.
  • Monitoring about Prepare and update workers personal file.
  • Has to work in a team to improve existing HR processes.
  • Monitoring all kinds of HR related activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit and retain a high caliber workforce. Design and implement integrated talent management processes, systems and programs -Employee Training and Development, Career and Succession Planning.
  • Regularly keep in touch with the management and factory to ensure proper implementation of processes and policies.
  • Must have knowledge about Labor law 2006/2015.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Make recommendation on compensation design and strategy. Develop and communicate compensation policy. Manage cost/benefit. Optimize HR Infrastructure for payroll, data access, analysis and reporting (HRIS). Managing employee data and records management.
  • Assist to arrange monthly meeting & training.
  • Will be responsible for arranging, cross checking and summarizing performance evaluation reports.
  • Any other task assigned by management.
  • Qualifications

  • Masters in any discipline from reputed Institution/ MBA in HRM.
  • PGD in HRM will be preferred.
