The person will be responsible for executing plans allocated to strategic HR department.
Monitoring about Prepare and update workers personal file.
Has to work in a team to improve existing HR processes.
Monitoring all kinds of HR related activities.
Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit and retain a high caliber workforce. Design and implement integrated talent management processes, systems and programs -Employee Training and Development, Career and Succession Planning.
Regularly keep in touch with the management and factory to ensure proper implementation of processes and policies.
Must have knowledge about Labor law 2006/2015.
Compensation & Benefits: Make recommendation on compensation design and strategy. Develop and communicate compensation policy. Manage cost/benefit. Optimize HR Infrastructure for payroll, data access, analysis and reporting (HRIS). Managing employee data and records management.
Assist to arrange monthly meeting & training.
Will be responsible for arranging, cross checking and summarizing performance evaluation reports.
Any other task assigned by management.
Qualifications
Masters in any discipline from reputed Institution/ MBA in HRM.
PGD in HRM will be preferred.
