Responsibility

This position is to ensure daily IT service desk support remotely to the end users laptop/desktop/servers/routers/network devices day to day basis from IT Infrastructure Call Centre. As well as responsible for the troubleshooting & solving of daily internet, network, mail system, video conferencing issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science (BSc)

B.Sc in Computer Science or related field from any reputed university.
