Ensure on time error free design/order to Aarong Production Centers as well as producers/suppliers

Check sample, requisition sheet and costing sheet

Plan, supervise, and monitor the production process to supply products within the lead time

Guide and take necessary steps to minimize the cost and rejection rate of the products

Ensure quality benchmark in the products as per requirement

Minimize cost of production and reduce rejection of products during production

Guide and motivate the producers, suppliers and weavers as required

To adopt and assist to develop the process as per the organizational needs.

A Bachelor Degree (preferably in Textile Technology/ Apparel Merchandising) from any reputed university

A Bachelor Degree (preferably in Textile Technology/ Apparel Merchandising) from any reputed university

Provident Fund, Gratuity, Festival Bonus, Health and Life Insurance and others as per organization policy
