Responsibility

  • Meeting with clients verbally or during self-visit.
  • Demonstrating and presenting company's activity.
  • Reviewing sales performance.
  • Working towards monthly and annual targets.
  • Should have the mentality to travel every day.
  • To Develop and implement strategic marketing & sales plans and forecasts to achieve the targeted sales volume.
  • Should have strong leadership capability and team building efficiency.
  • Collect regular marketing data with an objective to remain updated about the industry and provide strategic guidelines to upgrade the market.
  • Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Should have the potential to develop new clients and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
  • Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
  • Responsible for regular following-up clients and maintain their records in the computer.
  • Responsible for direct prospect visit out of the office.
  • To share ideas on how to improve sales with Team Leader and other colleagues.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Team Leader/Head of Sales.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in any discipline
