Responsibility

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
  • Hiring and attending sales training and developing an understanding of the products and services of the company and ensuring staff meets their quotas and goals.
  • Monitor and organize inventory in stores.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
  • Arrange for creation and distribution of supporting documents and presentations to help the sales team in generating business leads.
  • Maintain organized sales records and report month-end or yearly goal setting to the senior management team and provide financial information to the finance department.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Managing budgets for outlet expenses.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly responding to communications.
  • Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
  • Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Qualifications
