Able to identify root causes on quality failures, and drive for continuous improvement plan (CAPA) in production

Participate in preparation of product usage and precautionary label instruction

Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations

Creating analytical reports of safety data

Inspecting production equipment and process to make sure they are safe

Technical audit/evaluation should be followed

Presenting safety principles to staff in meetings or awareness type training sessions.

Must follow up familiarity with snap attachment, Button attachment, pull test system, Metal detector machine or 9-point check system, needle control policy and chemical hazards

Bachelor in Textile Technology, Diploma in Textile Technology, Bachelor in Apparel Manufacturing
