Costing & buying price approval

Quotation (in case of necessity) and approval of quotation of Purchased Fabric price

Fix budget for Purchase fabric PO execution

Price negotiation & confirmation

Provide technical suggestions for trouble shooting of development and bulk execution

Approval Cutting Sewing Defects from Fabric part

Attend customer complain and communication with customer

Focus on upcoming order to book supplier capacity

Making decisions every crucial moment to make sure bulk fabric in house on time

R&D for cost minimization and improve product excellence and performance to facilitate the new opportunity of business.

Monitor inventory level and deduct the available inventory.

Technical support to Merchandising Team to help to feedback customer

Measure Suppliers’ KPI

Validate month wise T/T payment for Decathlon nominated supplier.

Settlement all freight invoice payment for Forwarder (month wise).

Validate courier Bill then submit to finance.

Prepare supply chain cost report (Purchased Fabric).

Team meeting for continuous improvement

Report on time in-house goods % and submit to department head.

Visit Textile Fair for Supplier Sourcing

B.Sc/ M.Sc in Textile Engineering degree from reputed public university.
