Initiate marketing strategies to portray the image of the company, in the relevant business circles as an organization of reputation for excellence in manufacturing to attract new businesses
Build, develop and maintain relations with potential and new customers, and relevant external parties to monitor levels of satisfaction, and continuously take measures to enhance customer service
Establish product development and cost strategies to achieve economical efficiencies through coordination with Product Development, Design and Development, Sourcing and other relevant teams
Carry out product pricing and pricing strategies to attract and develop new business
Supervise the merchandising teams activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery
Follow up seasonal & annual budgeted export forecasting and oversee profitability of accounts and products on quarterly basis to have positive impact on company P&L account
Oversee bid participation, negotiation with buyers and order confirmation in terms of price, quality & lead-time
Monitor production planning, capacity checking, reservation confirmation, weight and study report in close coordination with IE & planning team
Monitor the quality inspection in terms of product & packaging quality and export activities to ensure confirmation from the respective buyer(s) upon receipt
Manage complaints from the buyer in connection of shortfall or deviation from quality standard by maintaining due process through highest level of service
