Serves as HR solution provider for all concerns related to employee activity, adherence to policy guidelines, direct and coordinates human resources activities such as employment, performance management, workers training, salary related queries, trainings, IR/ employee issues and Plant handling. Handle attendance and leave records of employees as well as workers and daily wagers (contractual as well) and ensure that all the queries should be resolved within the timelines. Support in adhering to compliance requirements and code of conduct recommended by the buyers.
Qualifications
Masters in any discipline from a reputed University
MBA will be given preference
