Responsibility
Responsible for implementing fire prevention and firefighting laws relevant to the RMG sector.Monitor fire and safety systems, including their protection and detection systems.Inspect building designs to determine fire protection system requirements and potential problems in areas such as water supplies, exit locations, and construction materials.Prepare and write reports detailing specific fire prevention and protection issues, such as work performed, revised codes or standards, and proposed review schedules.Guide modification, installation, maintenance, and operation of fire protection systems.Monitor the maintenance of all firefighting equipment within the establishment, including equipment replacement.Responsible for implementing administration strategies in line with the business goal.Monitoring, evaluating, and developing operation budgets relating to administration expenditures within the factory.Ensuring proper coordination and facilitation of administrative services for the entire SBU.Follow up all kinds of compliance audits and the implementation progress of CAP/ Report/ Checklist.Liaise with merchandising, production, Q.A., and all other departments in order to coordinate buyer visits and meetings with governmental bodies.Responsible for effectively implementing Bangladesh Labour Law, Labor Rules, the Factories Act, and ILO conventions relevant to the RMG sector.Liaise with the local labor federation, local political leaders, relevant government and non-government organizations, the local police department/RAB, Law enforcement agencies, and NSI/SB.Introduce, implement, and monitor visitor and dispatch management system.Develop & Implement SOP and policy for security management, protocol management, and other areas of administration and security as and when required.
Qualifications
B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), from any reputed university.Candidates with training on Fire Science and Occupational safety ( Six Months) from Bangladesh fire service and Civil defense will get preference.
