To ensure recruitment and selection in the vacant positions as and where required within the stipulated time by sourcing on own initiative.
To monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, leave and prepare / maintain proper report / documentation and take necessary action deemed to be appropriate.
To appraise the staff's performance & mentors them to increase productivity.
Provide necessary support to the factory Compliance team during Buyer / Certification Audit.
Conduct or arrange formal & informal Training for the Employee/Worker about labor law, certification as well as buyer requirements.
Monitor factory activities to detect breach of compliance and immediately take appropriate action.
Assist to formulate various policies & procedures related to HR, Administration & Compliance of the company.
Monitor and identify manpower requirements and skills mix and make appropriate recommendation to management for implementation
Assist to review of organizational structures, job analysis, job descriptions/ specifications and job evaluation.
Monitor HR, Administration & Compliance related tasks, such as Leave Management, replacement jobs and wage payments.
Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Take initiative to motivate the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability of the factory.
Liaison with regulatory bodies and stake-holders like; BGMEA, Labor Court, Govt. Agencies, Labor Organizations. Monitor & follow-up different licenses, court cases, and workers grievance related issues.
Liaison with BGMEA and factories to update and provide necessary supports for Group insurance and collecting Insurance benefits.
Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
Qualifications
Bachelor/ Honors or Masters degree in any discipline (Preferably major in HRM) with very good academic track record.
PGD in HRM will be preferable.
