Responsibility

  • To ensure recruitment and selection in the vacant positions as and where required within the stipulated time by sourcing on own initiative.
  • To monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, leave and prepare / maintain proper report / documentation and take necessary action deemed to be appropriate.
  • To appraise the staff's performance & mentors them to increase productivity.
  • Provide necessary support to the factory Compliance team during Buyer / Certification Audit.
  • Conduct or arrange formal & informal Training for the Employee/Worker about labor law, certification as well as buyer requirements.
  • Monitor factory activities to detect breach of compliance and immediately take appropriate action.
  • Assist to formulate various policies & procedures related to HR, Administration & Compliance of the company.
  • Monitor and identify manpower requirements and skills mix and make appropriate recommendation to management for implementation
  • Assist to review of organizational structures, job analysis, job descriptions/ specifications and job evaluation.
  • Monitor HR, Administration & Compliance related tasks, such as Leave Management, replacement jobs and wage payments.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Take initiative to motivate the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability of the factory.
  • Liaison with regulatory bodies and stake-holders like; BGMEA, Labor Court, Govt. Agencies, Labor Organizations. Monitor & follow-up different licenses, court cases, and workers grievance related issues.
  • Liaison with BGMEA and factories to update and provide necessary supports for Group insurance and collecting Insurance benefits.
  • Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor/ Honors or Masters degree in any discipline (Preferably major in HRM) with very good academic track record.
  • PGD in HRM will be preferable.
