Responsibility

  • Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
  • To support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems according to HR hiring by receiving Man Power Requisition (MPR) form, approving it from HR Head and updating the recruitment tracker, screening CV for the requirement of the MPR.
  • Calling candidates for interview, Organizing interview communicating with the concern people and department, ensuring proper arrangement for candidates comfort.
  • Performing all the joining formalities including appointment letter, employee information, induction, completing personal file requirement.
  • Maintaining Employees personal File.
  • Providing counseling on policies and procedures as per HR Talent Acquisition by arranging Induction for new recruited employees.
  • Validating the actual reason of termination by conduct exit interviews and motivates the employees to retain in their jobs.
  • To ensure that the terminated employee are cleared with all the payments and provided the no objection certificate by Submit to payroll the required payment benefits and ensure that all company belongings are properly returned
  • Qualifications

  • BBA/MBA In HRM from any Reputed University
  • PGDHRM from BIM will be added advantages
