Check and finalize Operation Bulletin

Ensure line balancing done by floor WSO

Resolve the bottleneck operation (if needed) for line balancing as well as other constraints

Monitor the line balancing of all sewing lines to ensure the minimum line balancing loss

Preparing line changeover chart and take initiatives with respective team accordingly

Ensure the NPT report done by the team and do analysis

Monitor cutting, sewing and finishing productivity and efficiency and take initiative if any deviation

Review with planning team regarding order status, monthly capacity and shipment status

Follow up day to day line output with planned efficiency

Implement Industrial Engineering tools for improvement/ Train up floor WSO on different IE tools

Ensure process improvement by WSO team/ Introduce new folder/ attachment for different processes

Review style wise machine and attachment budget monthly and weekly basis

Responsible to keep required skilled manpower in production. Review manpower budget monthly basis

Follow up and control overtime

Any other tasks assigned by the management
