Responsibility

  • The role of Head of Department, Food Security Livelihoods and Disaster Risk Reduction is to guarantee quality, relevance & scaling of mission`s FSL & DRR strategy & interventions, with a focus on locations vulnerable to natural disasters & the effects of climate change, in conformity with AAH and international standards and national policies.
  • DURATION:12 MONTHS
  • START DATE:ASAP
  • CONTRACT TYPE:12 MONTHS

    • Qualifications

  • Master's in Agricultural sciences/Agronomy/Veterinary/Socio-economic/Rural development/Anthropology/Geography/International development. Master's degree with coursework in environmental and/or climate change science or at least eight years' experience in similar/equivalent position.

  • Festival Bonus: 02 basic salary per year.
  • Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary.
  • Gratuity: As per organization policy.
  • Medical coverage: 80% hospitalization coverage medical expenses (max limit BDT 120,000 per year).

  • Maternity Benefit: 3 (three) basic salary.
