Responsibility

  • To ensure smooth and systematic HR, Admin and Compliance Practices as per Company Policy.
  • HR Planning and Development - Selection, Recruitment, Placement, Orientation and Induction.
  • Management of staff transition - Probation, confirmation, increment, transfers
  • Day-to-day administrative support in office and Factory Premises.
  • Managing Company Transport and delivery for a smooth Supply Chain.
  • To liaison with local governmental and non-governmental offices.
  • Maintenance of all documentation as per the Bangladesh Law requirement.
  • To assist and coordinate with the Compliance Team on regular basis.
  • To update manpower status on a daily basis.
  • To regularly visit clients when required.
  • To be effectively involved and active in workers' training.
  • Monitor daily attendance, absent, leave of security personnel.
  • To prepare personnel files of all personnel and follow- up
  • Handling of discipline, grievance and any other related issues along with relevant authorities.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management.
  • Qualifications

  • Masters degree in any discipline
