Make outbound calls to customers, collecting different types of informations and store accordingly in the company database.
Inform customers about our products and services. Use unique selling points to highlight our product features over the call.
Assist customers with product price and quality related issues. Take part in database related information entry whenever needed.
Take complaints and valued suggestions from the customers, follow up properly if and when any issue arises.
Meeting call targets every day and prepare report accordingly.
Assist in present and promote products using solid selling techniques to existing and prospective customers.
Work from the branches and assist customers to try our products if needed.
Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in any discipline
English medium background will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirement
At least 2 year(s)
