Responsibility

  • Make outbound calls to customers, collecting different types of informations and store accordingly in the company database.
  • Inform customers about our products and services. Use unique selling points to highlight our product features over the call.
  • Assist customers with product price and quality related issues. Take part in database related information entry whenever needed.
  • Take complaints and valued suggestions from the customers, follow up properly if and when any issue arises.
  • Meeting call targets every day and prepare report accordingly.
  • Assist in present and promote products using solid selling techniques to existing and prospective customers.
  • Work from the branches and assist customers to try our products if needed.
  • Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • English medium background will be an added advantage.
  • Experience Requirement

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Call Center, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Customer Care, customer care management, Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Guest Relations/ Services, Monitoring and Reporting
