Responsibility

  • Implementing Centralize Operations across all Branches of the Bank.
  • Ensure all Legal and Regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Processing all types of CASA, Scheme, FDR & FC account Opening & Closing in CBS.
  • Ensuring proper scrutiny of all type of AOF (Account Opening Form) & related papers.
  • Processing of Dormant Account maintenance by updating mandatory individual information in the CBS.
  • Processing all type of static data amendment.
  • Capturing Signature Card & Maintenance.
  • Processing Deceased Payment centrally.
  • Processing Standing Instruction.
  • Ensure Documents Archiving.
  • Familiar with the process of Duplicate Instrument Issue, Lien re-confirmation & Undelivered Cheque Book.
  • Familiar with Security Bond (Shonchoypatra) issue/maintenance/encashment in centralization touch.
  • Familiar with manual interest calculation of scheme products.
  • Complying with Bangladesh Bank & Internal Policy and Guideline in every steps of processing to ensure zero tolerance.
  • Identify improvement areas and propose constructive changes to achieve operational excellence.
  • Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum Graduation in any discipline having no 3rd class in academic career.
