Responsibility

  • Performed daily inspections of each the building to check for normal operations of HVAC and electrical equipment
  • Conduct periodic preventative maintenance inspections in 1600 KVA Substation, Generator, Elevator and perform required equipment maintenance.
  • Perform preventive maintenance in Fire Alarm Operation.
  • Creating and Maintaining Preventive Maintenance Schedule to perform regular checkups so as to avoid breakdown and disrepair.
  • Assist Building Maintenance Supervisor with HVAC and plumbing systems, forced chillers system, water cooling tower and maintenance of high-rise elevator systems.
  • Maintaining statistical and financial records.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Applicants having advanced course/certificate or experience in MEP (Electrical Maintenance, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Plumbing) will get advantage.
