Performed daily inspections of each the building to check for normal operations of HVAC and electrical equipment
Conduct periodic preventative maintenance inspections in 1600 KVA Substation, Generator, Elevator and perform required equipment maintenance.
Perform preventive maintenance in Fire Alarm Operation.
Creating and Maintaining Preventive Maintenance Schedule to perform regular checkups so as to avoid breakdown and disrepair.
Assist Building Maintenance Supervisor with HVAC and plumbing systems, forced chillers system, water cooling tower and maintenance of high-rise elevator systems.
Maintaining statistical and financial records.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Qualifications
Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Applicants having advanced course/certificate or experience in MEP (Electrical Maintenance, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Plumbing) will get advantage.
