Conduct face-to-face training to all new and existing Medical Promotional Officers. Arrange learning sessions to increase the understandings of sales force about company's healthcare products.
Develop MPOs to enter market access as well as provide broader knowledge regarding company's healthcare landscapes and competitor trends.
Design and deliver impactful learning programs that integrate technology and diverse learning techniques to improve individuals' clinical competencies and access of selling capabilities.
Prepare training manual, training calendar and other training related materials.
Conduct CME programs and arrange seminars and meeting with doctors on company's new products launch and existing products features.
Provide monthly and quarterly health related bulletin as well as arrange campaign/program to celebrate health related special days.
Provide specific and relevant feedback to learners and their supervisors, before, during and following the conducted training program to increase learning supports.
Develop understanding and continually enhance MPOs understanding regarding product's features, benefits, correct product application and usage as well as differentiate them from competitor's products
Develop training initiatives needed for the sales force development and make necessary recommendation to supervisor about programs and make reporting the weekly activities to supervisor.
Qualifications
M. Pharm or MBBS from reputed Institution.
