Overall responsibility for all day to day activity of the inventory including – product/spare Parts/materials receipt, stock issue and record maintenance centrally.
Prepare Comprehensive inventory stock and Delivery Plans Reports.
Monthly Physical cross cheek stock of spare parts inventory and fixed assets.
Coordinate every moment with transport section to ensure delivery as per delivery plan.
Organize for efficient delivery of product and maintain receipts.
Ensure proper Storage of product and materials in coordination with authorized departments.
Submit Weekly, Monthly Delivery & Stock report to reporting boss.
Maintain product delivery challan, bill, voucher and Bin card etc.
Able to work well under pressure & lead the fellow members.
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE
