Responsibility

  • Overall responsibility for all day to day activity of the inventory including – product/spare Parts/materials receipt, stock issue and record maintenance centrally.
  • Prepare Comprehensive inventory stock and Delivery Plans Reports.
  • Monthly Physical cross cheek stock of spare parts inventory and fixed assets.
  • Coordinate every moment with transport section to ensure delivery as per delivery plan.
  • Organize for efficient delivery of product and maintain receipts.
  • Ensure proper Storage of product and materials in coordination with authorized departments.
  • Submit Weekly, Monthly Delivery & Stock report to reporting boss.
  • Maintain product delivery challan, bill, voucher and Bin card etc.
  • Able to work well under pressure & lead the fellow members.
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE
