Responsibility

  • Achievement of primary & secondary sales Target/Budget
  • Supervise Branch sales manager, Sales supervisor & Sales Representative
  • Increase coverage of Outlets & Markets
  • Maintain safety stocks at Distributor & sales centers
  • Ensure visibility of our products
  • Identify market gaps & take necessary action of correction
  • Execution of trade promotion, consumer offer & POSMs in the market
  • To be up dated all types of sales related documentation
  • Feedback about competitors activities in the markets
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

    • Qualifications

  • The candidate should have Graduation/ Post Graduation in any discipline with minimum 2nd class/ division or CGPA 2.50 or equivalent result in all academic examinations
