The Daily Star has won a gold and a bronze at the South Asian Digital Media Awards 2020, presented by WAN-IFRA (the World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers). The newspaper has won two awards, gold in the category "Best Special Project for Covid-19" and bronze in the category "Best in Audience Engagement".
