Indian health minister Harsh Vardhan and 11 other ministers resigned on Wednesday, hours before the country’s prime minister Narendra Modi reshuffled the cabinet. Education minister of the country, Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, and labour minister Santosh Gangwar were the first to quit the Union Cabinet on the day, reports NDTV.
