Man dies trying to collect VGF card. A VGF (Vulnerable Group Feeding) card seeker was killed and 10 others injured when a chaotic situation broke out during distribution of the cards and rice at Phulpur Mohila Degree College venue of Mymensingh yesterday afternoon.
