Responsibility

  • The warehouse officer is responsible for the timely and effective planning, and monitoring the receipt, storage, loading and dispatch of goods within IRC warehouse(s) and transit stores in line with IRC operational procedures and principles. The Warehouse Officer will supervise the Warehouse Assistant.
  • Department: Supply Chain
  • Line Manager: Senior Operations Manager (SOM) as direct and Senior Supply Chain Coordinator (SSCC) as matrix
  • Expected Start Date: At Earliest
  • Contract Length: 1 Year (with high possibility of extension subject to availability of funding, program needs and performance of incumbent)

    • Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/ Operation Management/ Logistics/ Economics/ Pharmaceutical

    • Experience Requirement

  • At least 2 year(s)

    • Experience Requirement

  • Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays, Insurance, Gratuity
  • Two (2) bonuses in a year equivalent to two (2) basic salaries (not related to festival)
