Direct supervisory oversight for the leadership and management of the following: Training, orientation to Staffs, Teachers & oversee the activities of Assistant Training officer. This is a Ukhiya Project Office based position.

Master’s degree in any relevant discipline (Relevant discipline would be an advantage).

At least 5 years progressively responsible professional work experience in training related activities at any organization/NGO.

Experience of managing financial resources and budgets.

Technical Knowledge on Education Program, e.g s/he might have a clear understanding on Quality Education, Education pedagogy, Primary Education System of Bangladesh, etc.

Experience in managing and working with partner NGOs.

Skills Required: Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English, Proactive and Positive attitude
