Responsibility

Support to channeling graduates towards employment or training or higher education.

Liaison with potential employers, educational institutions and training/vocational centers.

Maintaining database and close communication with all current graduates and to-be graduates of Friendship Education Programme (respective assigned area).

Tracking current career path of all graduates (respective assigned area).

Preparing need analysis (potential career plan) of the graduates.

Support to tracking scholarship and sponsor opportunities available around the world and managing them for Friendship graduates.

Preparing yearly and monthly work plan.

Visit schools, students and Friendship graduate at field level.

Communicate with guardian, SMC members, community leaders, local Govt. school teacher and officials.

Support to prepare training and students grooming module/schedule and facilitate training/orientation session and meeting as and when required.

Ensure to update relevant all documents and prepare reports timely.

Regular reporting to respective Manager.

Keep liaison with other programme staffs.

Any task assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in any discipline.
