Responsibility

To formulate the standards of Quality, and also formulate Quality SOPs in the factory.

To monitor QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments.

To assist technicians with checking patterns/specification and construction, identify and resolve production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.

To identify relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.

To be responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.

To develop the quality system.

To provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for company trainees.

To conduct a pre-production meeting.

To do regular inspection to check the quality of product and follow up Pre- Final inspection.

To keep all necessary documents and quality format.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical engineering from any reputed polytechnic institute.
