Responsibility

Sub-Assistant Engineer (CIVIL) shall be the representative of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka to ensure 5 Star Standard Building maintenance facilities with amazing interior designs for our valued guests and handle every related issue efficiently, courteously and professionally. The incumbent has to perform the following duties but not limited to, as follows:

Ensuring quality of works, providing daily work supervision & coordination to all department & Interior, and all site personnel.

Planning, undertaking scheduled maintenance works & obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings & managing budgets.

Preparing any new interior & exterior renovation related minor structural and Interior drawing.

Documentation and periodical reporting and capable of solving all technical and managerial problems at project.

Identifying faulty workmanship and works and getting those corrected & analyzing of complete work and arranging payment to contractor or vendors.

Confirming all types of bills (sub-contractor, suppliers and vendor), investigation, labor approval, revolving, additional budgeting etc.

Reports hazardous practices or conditions to the Director of Technical Services immediately and suggest corrective actions as appropriate.

Any other lawful assignment given by the competent authority as and when requirement basis.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in CIVIL Engineering from any Government Polytechnic Institution.
