Responsibility

  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy.
  • Develop, Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications, press releases, website content, reports, speeches, and other marketing material that communicates the organization's activities, products and/or services.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with journalists, maintain a media database and collate analytics and metrics.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand and coordinate publicity events as required.
  • Write content for both print and Web, including the company website, blog, brochures, and newsletter.
  • Plan and implement a communications strategy.
  • Monitor the company's social media and online presence.
  • Organize and direct promotional events.
  • Recommend techniques to improve the company's public image.
  • Ensure all promotional and marketing materials meet the company's brand identity strategy.
  • Identify and resolve any issues with promotional content promptly and professionally.
  • Serve as a point of contact for media and public questions.
  • Assess and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies.
  • Track analytics and create reports detailing successes and failures of communications campaigns
  • Ensure that all communications and marketing material align with brand standards
  • Maintain digital media archives, including photos and videos
  • Work with communications team members to conceptualize and implement communications strategies and campaigns.
  • Respond to media inquiries and perform media outreach to achieve brand placement in publications.
  • Develop escalation protocols for managing communication crises, should they arise
  • Answers questions from employees and company managers, and media outlets as well.
  • Manages contracts and relationships with vendors and business partners.
  • Maintains a calendar of assigned projects and deadlines.
  • Delivers written and verbal communications by designated deadlines.
  • Educates staff members on communication processes.
  • Develops internal company newsletters for employees, vendors & business partners.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Public relations, Journalism or any related field.
  • Experience Requirement
