Responsibility

Provide daily operational support to users from various departments on the software applications.

Targeted or assigned development must have meet functional, design specifications and requirements.

Perform regular internal testing, troubleshooting on the process or application.

Coordinating with user and address their issues very quickly.

Daily monitoring existing software and ensure uptime. Capable of understanding existing software codes, writing new codes and deliver quality solutions.

Provide daily operational support to users from various departments on the applications.

Develop, document & maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts and automated scripts

Qualifications

B.Sc. (Hons.)/M.Sc. in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent, should be completed from a reputed University of Bangladesh or abroad.
