Full business responsibility for Sales of the Assigned Area of operation and promoting company products with Techno–Marketing skills.
Implement Company Marketing plans and strategy to develop company products for long-term sustainable growth.
Works as a team member and collaboration with his Team Mate and other related persons of different departments of the company to achievement of business goals.
Keep good relationships with Customers, Aqua Consultants, Key Accounts and Retailers through value-added services.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and allocate the same to the assigned territory.
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Ensure that everyone in his sales team meets the sales and company business objectives in the aqua division.
Responsible for the dues collection of the total assigned area and following up with all the customers and sales teammates to collect the receivables on time.
Identifying and analyzing new market segments and new channels.
Lead, drive, develop & manage the subordinates of the assigned area.
Effectively penetrating the market in line with the business expansion plan and formulating strategies for the aqua products.
Development of the Market through proper planning and implementation of sales promotion schemes.
Developing the sales force for higher responsibilities & motivating them for the achievement of targets.
Advising on aquaculture related issues and developing the advising capacity of field forces.
Job-related coaching to subordinates.
Maintain the proper link between HO and the field force
Any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries or Marine Science

At least 5 year(s)
