Responsibility

The candidate should be capable to work independently in an efficient way.

Sourcing, negotiation and contracting skills about Proforma Invoices / Purchase etc.

Must be well conversant in scrutinizing the Import L/C terms & conditions.

Ensure proper & timely LC opening as per the set policy of the company.

Prepare shipping documents for export and fully conversant with custom & C & F procedure for clearance of the consignment in port

Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies (trade bodies, banks, customs authority, shipping line, C & F agents, transport agents and insurance companies).

Knowledge about activities of specially on import.

Any commercial related task given by the management.

Qualifications

MBA / M.com in Accounting / Finance from a reputed University / Institute.

Advance degree/diploma in Commercial practice will be an added advantage.
