The Primary objective of this position is preparation of Annual Business Plan for existing retail outlets and for launching new outlets. To monitor and achieve the annual sales plan through quarterly, half-yearly and monthly Plan. Closely work with Marketing, Supply Chain, HR and Finance Departments to achieve operating efficiencies for greater profitability of the Retail chain.

Masters degree in any discipline
