Conduct theoretical and practical classes for learners.Provide training independently as per the CBT&A method.Prepare the lesson plan, class routine, job sheet, handout, formative and summative assessment tools according to the CS & CBLM and presenting to the section in charge for approval.Maintain all Registers (Attendance Register, Record Register, Lesson Plan Register, Notice Register, Student Portfolio File, etc.).Design course syllabus, lecture videos, weekly quizzes, discussion forums, and exams.Deliver course materials and learning assessments in the online format.Utilize innovative classroom techniques and methodologies that involve students in challenging learning opportunities.Prepare class sessions and assignments to help students grasp course content and how it integrates with overall student learning outcomes for the course.Observe and evaluate student performance in meeting course objectives and learning outcomes through assignments, projects, discussions, or examinations; provide feedback promptly on student progressMaintain records of enrollment and attendance, assessments and grades, submit class rosters and grade sheets by the deadlines established by the operationsMeet with the Principal as needed to discuss all aspects of the course including student progress and curriculum development (may be required to provide input into program development)Undertake monitoring and assessment of student’s course work, project work, and examinations, and maintain up-to-date and accurate records of their progress and achievementEnsure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
