To supervise day to day Finishing activities and ensure daily target

To ensure the least rejection & meet on-time delivery

To control Finishing operation and handle external & internal technical audits & to ensure timely shipment as per buyer requirement.

To follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as when required

To optimize finishing manpower allocation and manpower turnover, absenteeism as per plan.

To maintain specified poly to ship ratio and ensure a 100% final inspection pass rate.

Bachelor degree in any discipline
