Responsibility

STS Group (www.stsgroupbd.com) is the largest private sector conglomerate in the health and education sectors in Bangladesh. For its on going and upcoming projects, STS Group is actively recruiting a Senior Architect.

As a senior Architect, he will be responsible to handle projects from the initial client briefing through to the final stages of construction. The architect`s responsibilities include but not limited to managing client relationships, developing and presenting design proposals, preparing design and construction drawings, specifications, budgets, construction documents, and coordinate with all consultant along with the project teams. He should be able to take ownership of the project, be it the design and construction of a new building, an extension, alterations or a restoration project, and deliver on the client`s/ company`s requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
