Contributes technical knowledge at the stage of development samples to make, risk tree and production friendly.

Analyzing of samples- critical path, risk analysis, special operation of training conduct with IE team.

Bulk production approvals, work on size set and ensure bulk cutting.

Ability to work on given time frame and TNA.

Ability to manage Full Sample Team.

When needed communicate with internal / external departments to resolve technical issues.

Technical problem solving ability, practical knowledge of sewing technique.

Must have sound knowledge of pattern, pattern grading, fabric consumption, sewing thread consumption etc.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.

Minimum graduation.

Production Technology, pattern making will be an added advantage.

Education qualification can be relaxed for highly experience person.
