Responsibility

  • Achieving planned volume target and manage both personal and team target goals to meet company's overall annual target.
  • Assisting industrial customers & whole seller in creating mass awareness on use of quality lubricants in the territory and beyond to establish our strength over competition.
  • Analyze competitor's strategy & behavior, business performance, product performance of each segment and prepare counter strategy reports
  • Following up with potential customers for up selling and improve the service. Monitor used oil sample as per customer basis. Guiding them according to oil analysis report from Chief Engineer
  • Supporting the technical issues of Sales Team. Organize training, lube clinic, inspection to potential industries
  • Arranging technical seminars in a year for customers to demonstrate products benefits with the aid of technical team
  • Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering from any reputed University
  • Experience Requirement
