Responsibility

  • To develop sales plan for enhancing market share and achieve sales target as
  • per yearly budget as well as determine sales revenue in regional level.
  • Ensure proper merchandising and availability of products in all outlets of the assigned region.
  • Target breakdown for ASM, BSM/SS, SR and Sales Man & Distributor and supervise ASM, BM, DI, SO & Sales Man’s day to day activities very closely.
  • Verify the business feasibility of new dealer, market, activating old dealer, solving dealer dispute in line with organizational policy and provide market data of competitor’s products, strategies, manpower other changes continuously.
  • Ensure coverage every corner of the region through Distributor & sales centre.
  • Monitor sales centre operation very closely.
  • Execution of marketing support through teams like TO/CO/POSMs and all others support.
  • Identify market gaps & take action for improvement urgently.
  • To maintain proper documentation & ensure all types of repot as required by H/O.
  • Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
  • Organize training for Field force.
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
  • Qualifications

  • The candidate should have Masters (preference will be given in Marketing) with minimum CGPA 2.00 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any recognized institution.
