Responsibility

  • Responsible for the distribution and sales tickets throughout a particular region.
  • Manage and support sales team in particular region, ensuring that they reach their sales targets and remain motivated.
  • Supervise regional reservation and ticketing processes to ensure implementation of company standards.
  • Meet and help Corporates as well as agents to plan and book their journeys.
  • Close interaction with Agents to increase their productivity.
  • Give product presentations to corporates as well as agents.
  • Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
  • Continual training and development of all sales members of the region
  • Coordinate with Department Head to:
  • a. Plan strategies to accomplish targets set according to yearly/monthly sales projections.
  • b. Monitor flight loads and tabulate data
  • Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
