Quality Control and Quality Assurance of PCB Manufacturing process.

Quality Management of PCB.

Monitoring and controlling Incoming QC of all types of raw materials, process QC and outgoing QC.

Implementing TQM, 5S, Lean Six Sigma in the processes.

Implementing new processes and policies.

Presenting quality related reports to the higher management.

Investigating quality related complaints from the customer and taking appropriate action to eliminate them.

Visiting customer site for investigating quality related complaints.

Analyzing the root causes of faulty PCBs and taking appropriate remedies to eliminate them.

Cooperate with R&D to solve the problem of different processes.

Conducting required calibration of different machines.

Testing Jig Design for Universal Grid Tester.

Conducting internal audits and participation in customer audits.

B.Sc in EEE from any public University.
