Overseeing technical and management aspects of the project.
Promote high quality implementation, impact, and sustainability, supervise, coach and mentor the technical team in specified geographical areas, including budgeting, planning, reporting and other project implementation related tasks.
Monitor risk factors, supervise and supports project staff and consultants in achieving project objective and outcome.
Support to develop training manual for secondary education coordinators /facilitators/teachers.
Prepare training plan and conduct training.
Prepare project budget and implement accordingly.
Develop training assessment and follow up tools.
Prepare project monitoring, supervision tools and implement it.
Manage staff performance and supervise accordingly.
Ensure teaching learning materials at field level.
Provide technical assistance to develop secondary education video recorded class
Qualifications
Master Degree in Education/ Social Science or relevant discipline.
