Responsibility

  • JOB PURPOSE:
  • The primary role played by the incumbent is to develop concept notes, project proposals, budget for funding opportunities individually and jointly in a team and assist in formulating programme strategies by incorporating the knowledge from on-going programme activities within IDP and in other programmes.
  • He/she would build up the Knowledge Management Unit of IDP and contribute in programme design, review and documentation of lessons learned for improved programme quality.
  • SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation.
  • Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment. Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

    • Qualifications

  • Masters in any discipline from any recognised university. Candidates having major in Sociology/ Anthropology/ Development Studies/ Political Science/ Economics/ Social Welfare/ Agriculture Science/ Marketing will be given preference. Any professional degree relating to development sector is preferable.
