Responsibility
Assist in action-based research, identify the various sexual networks and range of sexual behaviors within those sexual networks as well as identify the specific psychosexual health needs of Gender Diverse Population (GDP) and their sexual partners.Implement a wide range of STI/HIV prevention strategies specific to needs of the networks of Gender Diverse PopulationProvide onsite support to Link Associate to implement the various STI/HIV prevention strategies in a proper way amongst the different sexual networks and sexual sites of Gender Diverse Populations.In liaison with Link Associate work towards ensuring access to appropriate sexual and reproductive health services, information and products, such as condoms, STI/HIV testing, counseling and so forth for Gender Diverse Population. Work with the other agency staff to ensure the provision and access to drop in facilities for the range of support, educational and discussion groups for Gender Diverse Population focusing on sexual and reproductive health education, behavior modification, gender, class, religious and caste issue, marriage and families, Family planning, Helminthes.Ensure safeguard & distribution of all sexual and reproductive health (SRH), Family planning supplies of UNFPA/Bandhu i.e. Condom, IEC/BCC etc properly.Assist in providing appropriate advice, information and counseling to meet the psychosocial and sexual health needs of Gender Diverse Population.Work closely with Link Associate under the direction of Service Center Manager in the provision of appropriate services to meet the needs of those affected by or living with HIV/AIDS.Work with other Bandhu staff in developing educational resources for Gender Diverse Population, using appropriate imagery, contexts and terminology.Provide regular reports to the Service Center Manager on activities, interventions, qualitative and quantitative action-based research, Link Associate assessments and other data that is required by the Program.Assist respective Service Center Manager in the provision of appropriate monitoring and evaluation reports regularly on the work being done.Enter field monitoring data on a regular basis, produce report and share any deviations with the Link AssociateAssist to Service Center manager for updating Service mapping/referral directory and reporting Conduct regular meetings with Link Associate and Active Volunteer.Assist Service Center Manager to prepare monthly and Quarterly reports and Annual ReportCreate awareness on sex, sexuality, STIs (HIV, hepatitis B & C), TB, reproductive health, family planning and helminths issues of boys, men and transgender through one to one education session at field Conduct group education sessions with the targeted beneficiaries’/project participants on sex, sexuality, STIs and reproductive health issues of boys, men and transgender at Wellness centerMaintain the documentation of SGBV (Sexual and Gender based Violence) related case and refer to necessary support (If need) Maintain accompany refer of client and proper record keeping Maintain the client registration during clinic session Maintain and preserve outreach related all forms and format (i.e. Daily Data, Condom Sheet, Mother List, Beneficiary Visit Log book) Data Entry and preserve in Dash board,
