Responsibility

  • Maintain documentation and employee file records.
  • Ensure regular entry and update employee data in ERP systems.
  • Coordinate new employee joining formalities.
  • Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants.
  • Assist in payroll management.
  • Assist Team Leader to design monthly and annual training calendar, budget & follow up.
  • Design, plan, coordinate, facilitate and conduct training and staff development programs and activities aligning with the business priorities and strategic goals.
  • Communicate and coordinate training programs with internal and external trainers.
  • Maintain all training records related to training hours, training attendance, training evaluations, etc.
  • Gather feedback from trainees after each training session and training ROI analysis.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Qualifications
