Ensure regular entry and update employee data in ERP systems.
Coordinate new employee joining formalities.
Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants.
Assist in payroll management.
Assist Team Leader to design monthly and annual training calendar, budget & follow up.
Design, plan, coordinate, facilitate and conduct training and staff development programs and activities aligning with the business priorities and strategic goals.
Communicate and coordinate training programs with internal and external trainers.
Maintain all training records related to training hours, training attendance, training evaluations, etc.
Gather feedback from trainees after each training session and training ROI analysis.
