Responsibility

  • Keep and update health and medical-related various registers.
  • Analyse the root cause of every injury case and prepare an action plan.
  • Check and update all the elements of the health centre.
  • Assist medical officer with required/needful actions.
  • Conduct regular training for the first aiders.
  • Check and update all the first aid boxes situated on the floor.
  • Should have the courage to take or work in emergency situations.
  • Ensure medical facilities for all employees.
  • Ensure medical support for sick/injured and track until cure.
  • keep regular communication with the nearest hospital also agreed hospital and Referred serious and critical patients to the govt. hospital if required.
  • Make sure age estimation and health check for job applicants.
  • Distribute medicine properly and keep record.
  • Maintain injury and accident register.
  • Recommend maternity leave of pregnant workers and staff according to Labour Law.
  • Organize seminar on hygiene, first aid, occupational health or any epidemic break out.
  • Any other task assign by the management.
