Responsibility

responsible to assign the duties and responsibilities of all Inspectors in your assign area

Responsible to follow up & maintain FTD Vs Bulk & coordinate with production people to produce the right quality

have to monitor lot to lot color continuity record which are meet customer requirement & take CAPA with related concern to keep it sustainable

have to monitor and control every procedure in quality flow chart directly or indirectly to ensure 100% defects free products to the customers in every single batch

have to maintain all quality related documents & provide regular and periodical report

have to provide required training to your subordinate to update / enhance their skills on technical, quality and operational capabilities

To do any other tasks assigned by the Authority

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering in Textile Technology
